Our Exclusive System Gives You a Deeper, Longer-Lasting Clean

Have a tough stain that won’t come out? Our proprietary technology removes stains that other carpet cleaners leave behind. Plus, we don’t leave a filthy residue behind. Which means your floors stay cleaner, longer. We can extend the life of your carpet and flooring longer than you ever thought possible—saving you some serious money.

Why DPM Care’s Low Moisture Process Cleans Better

We created our revolutionary low-moisture chemistry after being frustrated by inferior cleaning methods on the market. Our chemical and engineering team spent two years developing our proprietary DPM Care system to remove dirt and stains with a minimal amount of water and no residue left behind. This means no reappearing stains or germ build-up in your carpet. Want to see how the DPM Care process stacks up to competitive methods?

See for yourself why DPM Care’s technology gets you a higher degree of clean:

DPM Care Method

Bonnet Cleaning Method

Dry Powder Method

Steam Cleaning / Extraction Method

Low Moisture

Low moisture, dries in 30-45 minutes, preventing microbial growth. Low-moisture with dry time one hour or less. The powder method is misconceived as a totally dry method. It acutally does apply a prespray that is low-moisture. Most extraction methods have a minimum dry time of 5 hours and with some taking over 24 hours.

Does Not Damage Carpet

Chemical is neutral in Ph and contains no optical brighteners or other damaging agents. It will not damage, yellow or leave a residue. Process drives dirt and chemical deep into the carpet where the trapped residue and soil damage the carpet fibers. If the pre-spray does not dry completely before applying the white powder, it can affect the color and appearance over time by typically causing it to yellow. Even when applied correctly the powder dulls the appearance of the carpet and builds up over time Excessive moisture can cause rippling and delamination of the carpet

Effective Stain Removal

Proven to be highly successful at removing all types of stains. We guarantee no re-appearing stains. Only removes the stain on the surface allowing most stains to reappear If used properly, is effective at removing most stains. Using a lot of water spreads stain below the surface causing it to wick back and reappear

Fiber Protection

Each application includes Fibershield™, which protects against future soiling and staining The tacky residue left on the carpet actually does the opposite of protecting the fiber by trapping dirt. If applied properly, dry methods aid in preventing soiling. However, if the pre-spray is not allowed to dry, the opposite is true. Extraction methods do not provide fiber protection to prevent future wear, soiling and stains.

Indoor Air Quality

Eliminates up to 99% of microbial growth Bonnet methods only remove dirt off the surface leaving lots of dirt and debris in the carpet. This along with the residue that builds up have a negative impact on indoor air quality The powder can cause issues HVAC systems and have a negative impact on indoor air quality Long dry times have an adverse affect on indoor quality by allowing for microbial growth. Severe cases can double or even triple microbial content.

The DPM Care cleaning process provides the following with each cleaning:

Soil & Stain Removal – DPM’s Carpet Care system is highly effective in dissolving and encapsulating dirt and contaminants in the carpet. The pile lifter mixes the chemical with the fiber and removes encapsulated material.

Fiber Lifting – Fiber lifting is an important step in DPM’s Maintenance Program because it prevents carpet from matting and traffic patterns appearing. It does this by lifting the carpet fiber with each cleaning, which keeps it looking like new and prolonging the life of carpet.

FiberShield – In order to prevent future stains and damage, our FiberShield process comes standard with every carpet cleaning. The chemical encapsulates the fiber forming a protective shield to prevent stains from penetrating the carpet, protects against foot traffic and prevents from re-soiling.

Deodorization & Sanitization – The unique formulation of the chemical neutralizes odor at the source to leave a fresh, clean smelling environment. DPM’s process dries quickly to prevent future growth of bacteria that can occur with extraction and longer dry times.

Carpet Repairs – When cleaning the carpet, our technicians will trim carpet snags to prevent raveling. Any major issues will be reported to the facility or property manager.
