Originally from Brentwood, TN, Alli is responsible for strategic planning and accounting. She is a wife, mother to their daughter Hadley and son Hampton, and proud owner of Annie the chocolate lab and Claire, the family cat! She loves spending time outdoors as a family, being together after school or on weekends – and it is that same small, family-oriented ownership at DPM Care that she loves most about this job.

Part of the team that founded DPM Care, Neal has 20 years of experience in carpet and flooring manufacturing and 18 years in the floor care industry. He considers himself an entrepreneur at heart, and his favorite part of the job is the feeling he gets from satisfied customers.
Regional Operations Manager
Jordan has worked at DPM Care for seven years, managing office and field staff, coordinating work schedules with customers, and doing post-job follow-ups. He once appeared in a commercial as a baby, and now he plays a leading role in getting commercial carpets cleaner than you ever thought possible.
