Pam has been with DPM Care since the beginning. A former cheerleader at the University of Tennessee, Pam loves sharing her passion for our positive work environment. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, yoga, and charity work.
VP of Accounts & Operations
A distance runner who once ran a 31-mile race, Ryan knows how to go the distance for our clients. Ryan has spent a decade at DPM Care, managing day-to-day client correspondences, staffing and scheduling jobs. He loves our family atmosphere and honest, hardworking culture.
Operations Manager
CJ has worked with DPM Care for six years, training, scheduling and managing crews. He enjoys our laid-back professional environment and the way everyone feels like family. CJ remodeled his first house all by himself, and likes helping clients renovate their offices with a higher level of clean.
Office Operations Administrator
A Memphis native, Trent moved to Nashville for college but stayed to work at DPM Care. Starting as a part-time technician, Trent has since moved up the ranks to office operations administrator where he focuses on keeping the Nashville office running smoothly and efficiently. He loves our family atmosphere and the opportunities to grow with the company.
