Meet the DPM Care Team – CJ Williams, Operations Manager
As we strive to provide top-notch customer service, it’s our team members who help us keep our standards high. One of those team members is our Nashville Operations Manager, CJ Williams. His role is a crucial part of DPM Care, and we’re excited to tell you more about him!
CJ is a Nashville native who came to DPM Care as a carpet cleaning technician ten years ago. In fact, we just hosted a staff party in his honor to celebrate his DPM Care anniversary!
Prior to joining the DPM Care team, he worked as an estimator and assistant project manager for a floor installation company. His hands-on experience in multiple areas of the flooring industry has proven valuable to us and our customers!
Why CJ is So Important to the DPM Care Team
After working as a carpet cleaning technician for DPM Care, CJ became a lead technician. Eventually, he grew into his current position as our Operations Manager. In this role, he takes care of several facets of our operations, such as crew scheduling, equipment inventory, training, and estimates.
CJ feels that the key to his job is bringing proper scheduling and training together to complete every job in a timely and effective manner. Vital to our clients’ happiness, CJ keeps operations running smoothly so that we can focus on delivering stellar customer service.

We have a great culture at DPM Care. While a lot of companies say that, we live it. This shows up in the tenure of our team members. Our company culture is one of the main reasons CJ loves working at DPM Care. He
appreciates the family-like atmosphere that we offer and he enjoys building relationships with his coworkers. In particular, he especially enjoys celebrating together with our team at the annual Christmas party.
On A Personal Note
Spending time with his family is CJ’s top priority. He and his partner, Laken, have a beautiful daughter, Hannah, who is “full of energy and happiness.” They also have two fur-children: their bully pit bulls, Frankie and Gia.
