The SaniClean™ process is extremely effective for day-to-day carpet maintenance and keeping your air clean. Specialized testing is performed prior to cleaning to determine specific fungi and bacterial elements present, and a follow-up test ensures those elements have been effectively removed.

Synexis® BioDefense System
In addition to our in-house technology and processes, DPM Surface Care is an authorized reseller of the Synexis BioDefense System, which goes subatomic deep to fight viruses, bacteria, mold, and more in your facility.
Using their patented technology, Synexis is the sole developer of the process by which naturally occurring oxygen and humidity are taken from the air to create Hydrogen Peroxide Gas (H2O2) or Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP™). DHP™ is designed to safely and effectively break down pathogens—flowing freely and continuously through indoor spaces to reduce the presence of microbes in the air and on surfaces, with no reliance on the exchange of air.
