The 12 Days of Christmas: Facility Manager Edition

To celebrate the holiday season and reflect on all that we’ve learned in 2021, we created our own rendition of the “12 Days of Christmas,” specifically for facility managers. We hope this recap brings you some extra holiday cheer!

The 12 Days of Facility Management

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a return to the office for many employees. We’ve loved getting to see some more of your faces this year, and we know many teams have enjoyed being back together in person for the first time in months.

On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a new understanding about how to clean. After spending months worrying about catching COVID-19 by touching infected surfaces, we learned that surface transmission of the virus is relatively rare. But cleanliness still matters, and the pandemic reminded us just how dirty our facilities can get if we don’t focus on keeping them clean.

On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me the return of live events, with efforts to do them safely. The more we’ve learned about COVID-19, the more we’ve been able to find ways to safely interact in person again. It’s been exciting to see people return to meeting in person, and we’re thrilled to be a partner you can trust to help clean your facility before your next event.

On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me new technologies for improving air quality. Indoor air quality will continue to matter long after COVID-19 has ended, and it’s encouraging to see the development of new technology like bipolar ionization and dry hydrogen peroxide to help facilities keep their air clean.

On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a renewed responsibility to support my team. We learned so much about the importance of protecting employees’ mental health throughout the pandemic, and that shouldn’t go away just because more people are back to working in the office.

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a booming real estate market all across Tennessee. Our team at DPM Care is deeply proud of our Tennessee roots, so it’s exciting to see the commercial real estate market performing so well in both Nashville and Knoxville. It’s a great time to do business in Tennessee!

On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me the use of robotics for cleaning your facility. Cleaning robots, such as auto scrubbers and vacuums can cut down on cleaning time and costs. We’re excited to see this technology continue to improve in 2022.

On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a new Nashville office to help keep your business clean. It’s been so exciting to show off our new Nashville office this year, which gives us more space to grow while still delivering great care to our long-time clients.

On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a checklist for cleaning to protect employees. Even if your team has already returned to the office, this can serve as a great starting point for your next deep clean.

On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a chance to reflect, feeling gratitude and peace. We have so much to be grateful for this year, and it’s important to take time to celebrate that.

On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a continued focus on adaptability. As frustrating as it can feel to try to keep up with all the latest COVID-19 news and protocols, we’re grateful for the way it’s taught us to pivot quickly. If we can adapt to this pandemic, then we can handle anything!

On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a trusted partner in the DPM Care team. Each member of our team at DPM Care takes pride in delivering the best service possible to our clients. We’re honored that you trust us to serve you year after year!

Happy Holidays from DPM Care!

We hope you enjoy this season and find time to celebrate with the people you love, and we look forward to continuing to work with you in 2022!
