Meet the Team – Andrew Mosley, Lead Technician

The reason we are able to provide excellent surface cleaning services is because we have excellent employees. One of these incredible employees is Andrew Mosley, our lead technician in the Knoxville office.

His role is vital to our company, and we’re excited to introduce him to you!

Why Andrew is So Important to Our Team

When Andrew Mosley goes out to a job for DPM, he has a mental checklist he runs through before, during and after he and his team work at a customer’s location. The goal is ultimate customer satisfaction, so he makes sure that every detail is completed before his team leaves a job.

Andrew is a lead technician who has been with DPM for a little more than a year. He works in our Knoxville office, leading a team of up to five people working on locations throughout the southeast Tennessee area.

Whether he’s leading a pre-job huddle, gathering equipment for a client’s needs or working at a customer site, Andrew’s goal is always the same: completing the work to the best of his team’s abilities.

KARM Berea Program Brings Andrew to DPM

He and DPM found each other through the Knox Area Rescue Ministries program, Berea. The Berea program is a 9-12 month work, learn, serve system. Students take life skills classes such as planning, collaboration, relationship building, and finance. When they finish the program they work toward independent living and finding a job. The goal is for graduates to break the cycle of homelessness by transitioning to independent living and finding a job.

For Andrew, Berea was a stepping stone to DPM. The company was introduced to KARM through our owners, Neal and Ali Peters. They learned about the Berea program at their church (which is also a DPM customer). The church’s facilities manager recommended it for finding employees.

We had been having trouble finding employees through traditional methods, so it was really a no brainer for us to try this new approach to hiring. The partnership with Berea has been a smashing success and DPM is thrilled to have played a role in getting Andrew to where he is living an independent life.

More About Andrew

Andrew, a California native, has been in Tennessee for eight years. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and his fiancee. He hasn’t always had an easy time, but he feels that he’s found his place at DPM. That was brought home to him when he went through a rough time and his DPM family was there, no questions asked.
