The 12 Days of Facility Management
To celebrate the holiday season and recap all we’ve learned in 2022, we created another “12 Days of Christmas,” rendition for facility managers. We hope it brings you a little extra holiday cheer!
On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me innovative technology to improve air quality. We’ve been so excited to explore and discover new technologies to keep the air clean and safe – even at a subatomic level.
On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me new ways to tackle allergies. Allergy season in Tennessee is no joke, so we’ve been exploring the best ways to reduce its effects.
On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a continued commitment to protecting people and facilities. Maintaining a healthy indoor environment is crucial to protecting the health (both physical and mental) of your employees and visitors. We’ve been passionate about finding the best ways to support our clients’ indoor environments to keep their businesses and the people inside safe.
On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me ways to make industrial spaces move-in ready. Moving into a new space can be stressful and time-consuming. Cleaning and preparing your new workspace before the move is no small feat, but is critical for ensuring the longevity of the space and the well-being of those inside. Leave it to the pros, we’re here to take that stress off your plate. This includes carpet, furniture and textile, and even high surface cleaning!
On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me discoveries of how a clean work environment improves your business immediately. We’ve learned even more about the incredible impacts of a clean workplace on the wellness, productivity, and reputation of your business.
On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a passion for keeping schools fresh and clean. We’re committed to providing support to schools from Pre-K to college to create a sanitized school environment for students.
On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me strategies to build company culture and make a winning team. A positive company culture is the key to engaged and happy employees. We explored some ways to build a culture within your company that will make your team the best it can be.
On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me ways to keep the office clean and pet-friendly. We support taking your dog to work! There are a surprising number of benefits to having pets in the office, so we explored ways to keep pet-friendly workplaces in top shape.
On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me an opportunity to get to know our leaders openly. We wanted you to get to know the leaders at DPM better and had an open conversation to dig deeper into their passions, experience, and leadership abilities.
On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me air-cleaning methods to make it easier to breathe. Many unseen pollutants linger in your air, including mold, bacteria, and viruses. We put together the best ways to remove these dangers to keep everyone happy and productive!
On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a continued commitment to our team’s advanced training. We have one major mission: giving our clients the highest level of cleanliness. That means our team has to be the best of the best, so we provide extensive and ongoing training for all of our employees. They’ve got the knowledge to get the job done right.
On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a special love for our local communities. We love the communities where we live and work. That’s why we make it a priority to volunteer, provide financial support and donate services to worthwhile organizations in the locations we serve.
Happy Holidays from DPM Surface Care!
We hope you enjoy this season and find time to celebrate with the people you love. We are so thankful for our clients and can’t wait to work with you in 2023!
